MRI Appointment Instructions – Near West location

Near West Location – Instructions

Our Near West MRI facility is located at 2641 W Harrison St. Chicago, Il 60612. We are located in the Chicago Hope Academy Athletic Building. You may park in the fenced parking lot. (Photos are included below for easy walkthrough).

The MRI suite is easily accessed from door 3 on the Harrison Street side of the building. Upon arriving at the door, please call (630) 348-6507 so that the technologist may help you enter the building. See photos below to see where to go.

Please do not wear any jewelry or metal accessories, and leave any valuables at home. 

If you have any implants inside your body or believe you are pregnant, please inform the office prior to your appointment.  

The appointment will take approximately one hour and you will not have access to your phone for the duration of the exam.
