Stacie did her undergraduate degree at the University of New England in Biddeford ME and received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2012. Following graduation she worked for a year in Minnesota as an Athletic Trainer at the University of Minnesota Sports Medicine Clinic. The following year she was accepted at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville TN where she received her Master of Science in Physician Assist studies in 2015. She has been working in Illinois as a PA-C since graduating—working primarily in Orthopedics. She started gent Midwest Orthopedic Institute in Sycamore working primarily with two surgeons that focused on total joint replacements then transitioned to Urgent Care in St. Charles for approximately two years. She joined Genesis in 2018.

We want to welcome Rachel Zayat, PA-C to our practice. Rachel joins us from the University of Iowa, where she has completed her training as a Physician Assistant! Rachel is a graduate of Wheaton College, and is an avid writer! We’re excited for her to join the team.
