We are a licensed physician clinic, not an ER — which means significantly lower costs for you and your insurance. Board-certified orthopedic specialists evaluate and treat your injury on the spot, with X-ray available at all locations.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and all major insurance plans. No referral needed.

Simple and complex bone fractures — wrist, ankle, foot, hand, arm, clavicle
Stress fractures from sports or repetitive activity
Dislocated joints — shoulder, finger, elbow, kneecap
Acute muscle, tendon, and ligament sprains and strains
Sports injuries — ACL, meniscus, rotator cuff, Achilles
Broken collarbone and AC joint separations
Hamstring, quadriceps, and biceps tendon tears
Work-related orthopedic injuries (pre-approval required — see below)

Open fractures — bone is visible or there is an open wound

Genesis Orthopedics treats work-related orthopedic injuries and handles workers’ compensation billing at all locations. Important note: work-related injuries must be pre-approved by your employer or insurance company prior to your arrival and prior to 4:30pm. Patients with work-related injuries arriving without pre-approval or after 4:30pm may be asked to self-pay, with a refund issued upon receipt of workers’ comp payment.
