About Dr. Juraj Zahatnansky

Juraj Zahatnansky, MD is a board-certified sports medicine and internal medicine physician with a strong foundation in academic medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and sports-related injury care. He completed his residency and fellowship at Western Michigan University, where he also served as a clinical instructor and team physician for NCAA Division I and III programs. His background includes extensive experience in high school and collegiate athletic coverage, event medicine, and advanced ultrasound-guided procedures. Dr. Zahatnansky is actively involved in research, with multiple publications and national conference presentations, and is dedicated to integrating evidence-based care into athletic and musculoskeletal medicine.
