Jonathan Cruz, OTR/L

Jon is an Orthopedic Occupational Therapist who specializes in treating a variety of upper extremity conditions resulting from trauma, disease, congenital or acquired deformities for individuals of all ages. He enjoys building connections with his patients and improving their quality of life by addressing limitations that are hindering their everyday life. 

Jon received his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and went on to receive a Masters in Occupational Therapy from Lewis University. He enjoys staying active by weightlifting, golfing, and playing volleyball in his spare time.
