Genesis is opening a new clinic at 1125 Westgate St, Oak Park, IL 60301 – bringing board-certified orthopedic surgeons, fellowship-trained sports medicine specialists, same-day appointments, and full Medicaid acceptance to Oak Park and the surrounding communities of River Forest, Berwyn, and Chicago’s western suburbs.
At the same time, Genesis is expanding Saturday urgent care hours at its Little Village location (4111 W 26th St) adding walk-in orthopedic care on the second and fourth Saturday of each month for patients in Little Village, Pilsen, Lawndale, and the broader West Side who need fracture care and acute injury treatment without an emergency room bill.

The Oak Park clinic opens with the full Genesis care stack:
- Joint Replacement – minimally invasive total and partial hip and knee replacement
- Sports Medicine – ACL, meniscus, rotator cuff, sprains, PRP therapy
- Fracture & Trauma Care – orthopedic urgent care for broken bones, stress fractures, and dislocations, billed as a physician clinic – not an ER – to keep costs where they belong
- Workers’ Compensation – treatment and documentation for work-related orthopedic injuries
- Telehealth / Virtual Visits – remote consultations for follow-up and non-emergency care
