James Randolph is an experienced physical therapist and healthcare leader with over 20 years of clinical and management experience. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University and is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). As a Partner/Clinic Director at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, he has demonstrated success in expanding business operations through market analysis, site selection, and clinic development.

Throughout his career, Dr. Randolph has shown exceptional skills in both clinical practice and business management. He has consistently exceeded operational metrics, including achieving 38% above budgeted net revenue in 2021 at Doctors of Physical Therapy. His expertise spans outpatient orthopedics, pediatric care, and vestibular rehabilitation. He maintains an active role in education as an Adjunct Faculty member at A.T. Still University’s Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
