Hythem P. Shadid, MD<\/h3>

Dr. Shadid is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is President of Genesis & Sports Medicine. \n \nHe has been in practice since 1994 and specializes in advanced knee, hip, and shoulder conditions. He is a distinguished researcher, participating in consistent clinical studies on knee, shoulder, and hip conditions, specifically as it relates to innovative orthopedic treatments. He was also a pioneer in performing customized implants that are manufactured specifically for each patient\u2019s individualized anatomy. He previously served as the team orthopedic physician for US National Soccer teams (both men and women\u2019s). He is a frequent lecturer at national and international medical events, is a Board Member to the Illinois Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, and is the past president of the DuPage County Medical Society. His goal in healthcare is simple: free patients to move freely, without pain \u2013 available to all, regardless of one\u2019s particular insurance plan.<\/p>

Andrew Shadid<\/h3>

\nAndrew Shadid is the CEO of Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, a medical group, and INC 5000 awardee, seeking to increase healthcare equity through care cost reduction. After graduating from Wheaton College with a focus on social entrepreneurship, he performed graduate work (Bridge Program) at the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business. At Genesis, Andrew and team are tackling the increasing problem of healthcare inequity, as 25% of the United States population lacks access to adequate specialty care services. Andrew has been invited to speak on this work nationally and internationally, most notably at the United Nations Headquarters, to Members of Congress, at various colleges and universities, and at numerous healthcare conferences in the United States. Andrew frequently travels to the Middle East, often leading trips of students and leaders to Israel\/Palestine. Modern Healthcare named Andrew as a 2022 Emerging Leader. Eric Witte, PT, DPT, MBA, CPHQ<\/h3>

\nEric Witte is the Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. After his own complex medical journey, he resolved to make care better with people who are bright and kind. He was the Vice President of Enterprise Healthcare Value with United Healthcare, built and led a national consulting practice with Optum for their Value-Based Care multispecialty medical groups, and was a hospital CEO with Kindred. He is a licensed physical therapist having done pro-bono work in Honduras, Zambia, Nepal, and Lawndale Chicago. Eric holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Illinois Chicago and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
