Pie y el Tobillo<\/strong><\/h3><p>En colaboraci\u00f3n, el pie y el tobillo forman una de las estructuras m\u00e1s complejas del cuerpo humano, que consta de 26 huesos, 33 articulaciones, 20 m\u00fasculos y 107 ligamentos. Los componentes del pie y el tobillo trabajan juntos constantemente para permitir que las personas realicen algunas de las funciones m\u00e1s esenciales de la vida: caminar, correr, ponerse de pie y saltar. Estos componentes no solo deben ser lo suficientemente fuertes como para soportar el peso del cuerpo y las fuerzas ejercidas sobre \u00e9l, sino que tambi\u00e9n deben ser lo suficientemente tensas como para moverse con precisi\u00f3n. Incluso una lesi\u00f3n menor a cualquiera de las partes del pie o del tobillo puede comprometer la integridad de esta din\u00e1mica de trabajo crucial. Aqu\u00ed se unen en forma de pir\u00e1mide para formar los arcos de los pies.<\/li><li><b>El pie posterior<\/b>\u00a0est\u00e1 compuesto por dos huesos grandes, el astr\u00e1galo que sostiene la tibia y el peron\u00e9 y forma el tobillo y el calc\u00e1neo o hueso del tal\u00f3n, el hueso m\u00e1s grande del pie.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Articulaciones<\/h3><p>La articulaci\u00f3n primaria del tobillo es una articulaci\u00f3n sinovial articulada responsable de la articulaci\u00f3n entre la tibia, la peron\u00e9 y el talus.  Tambi\u00e9n hay tres articulaciones principales del pie: Las articulaciones subtalar, talocalcaneonavicular y calcaneocuboide.<\/p><p>La articulaci\u00f3n del tobillo ayuda con la dorsiflexi\u00f3n y la flexi\u00f3n plantar del pie.<\/p><p><b>La flexi\u00f3n plantar<\/b>\u00a0es el movimiento producido por los m\u00fasculos en el compartimento posterior de la pierna. Este es el movimiento que aumenta el \u00e1ngulo de 90 grados entre el pie y la espinilla.<\/p><p><b>La dorsiflexi\u00f3n<\/b> is produced by the muscles in the anterior compartment of the leg. This is the opposite motion from plantar flexion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cahooncare.com\/\">Cahoon Care<\/a>. Here, the top of the foot is moved towards the tibia.<\/p><p>Las otras tres articulaciones principales del pie, enumeradas a continuaci\u00f3n, permiten la inversi\u00f3n y la eversi\u00f3n del pie.<\/p><ul><li>Subtalar<\/li><li>Talocalneonavicular<\/li><li>Calcaneocuboide<\/li><\/ul><h3>M\u00fasculos<\/h3><p>El pie es la base del movimiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo.
