Hay varios ligamentos importantes en la cadera. Estos ligamentos proporcionan la estabilidad a los huesos que ayuda al cuerpo humano con una de sus funciones m\u00e1s esenciales, el equilibrio.<\/p><h3>M\u00fasculos<\/h3><p>Los m\u00fasculos de la cadera son los m\u00fasculos m\u00e1s fuertes y poderosos del cuerpo. El grupo gl\u00fateo consiste en el gl\u00fateo m\u00ednimo, gl\u00fateo medio, gl\u00fateo m\u00e1ximo, y el tensor fasciae latae.<\/li><li><strong>Grupo Iliopsoas:<\/strong>El grupo de las iliopsoas son los m\u00fasculos flexores de la articulaci\u00f3n de la cadera. Este grupo lo ayuda a sentarse desde una posici\u00f3n acostada.
