Ste 1220 Skokie, Il 60076. We are located in Tower 2 on the 12th floor to the left of Orthopaedics of the North Shore. There is available parking in the outside lot or the covered garage.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please do not wear any jewelry or metal accessories, and leave any valuables at home.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you have any implants inside your body or believe you are pregnant, please inform the office prior to your appointment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The appointment will take approximately one hour and you will not have access to your phone or any other electronic device for the duration of the exam.
